Matthew Siegel’s practice focuses on oil and gas property operational issues including title examination. He has considerable experience preparing title opinions (drill site and division order), preparing and reviewing curative instruments, and providing advice and legal opinions on various oil and gas matters. Matthew also has experience preparing leases, business organizational documents, and transfers of property.

Matthew earned his J.D. degree with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003, having also studied abroad at University College London. During law school, he was a member of the Legal Research Board and was on the staff of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. Matthew received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan with Distinction in 2000.
